Obituary for Robert Earl Moore
Funeral services for Robert Moore, 57, of Chandler, are scheduled for 1:00 p.m., Thursday, April 15, 2021 at Chandler Memorial Funeral Home with Bro. McJohn Bagley and Darrell Burns officiating. Interment will follow at Pilgrim Cemetery near Elkhart under the direction of Chandler Memorial Funeral Home.
Mr. Moore passed away April 11, 2021 in Chandler.
Robert Earl Moore was born February 8, 1964 in Palestine, the son of Herman Dee Moore and Helen Marie (Lee) Moore. He graduated from Elkhart High School in 1982 and worked as an auto technician throughout the East Texas area for 37 years. Robert was a member of Faith Baptist Church of Brownsboro and enjoyed woodworking and fishing in his free time. He will be missed by all those that knew and loved him.
He is preceded in death by his father, Herman Dee Moore.
Survivors include wife, Cathy Moore of Chandler; mother, Helen Moore of Chandler; daughter, Samantha Moore of Chandler; honorary daughter, Kathi Prince of Tyler and siblings, Ronnie Moore and wife Carolyn of Crockett and David Moore and wife Shelby of Palestine.
Serving as pallbearers will be Ronnie Moore, David Moore, Cody Moore, Coby Meador, Hunter Meador and Morris White.
A visitation will be held Wednesday, April 14, 2021 from 6-8:00 p.m. at Chandler Memorial Funeral Home.
