Obituary for Rachel Dell Gressett
Funeral Services for Dell Gressett, 73, of Chandler are scheduled for 12:00 p.m., Thursday, February 10, 2022, at Faith Baptist Church in Chandler with Bro. Rick Gray officiating. Interment will follow at Concord Cemetery under the direction of Chandler Memorial Funeral Home.
Mrs. Gressett passed away on February 6, 2022, in Tyler.
Rachel Dell (Lawson) Gressett was born November 7, 1948, in Houston, the daughter of Flora (Lawson) Thompson. She married Randall Allen Gressett, Sr. on April 17, 1965, and together they welcomed two children- Randall, Jr. and Cindy. They have lived in the Chandler area since 1997 and were members of Faith Baptist Church. Dell enjoyed camping and will be remembered as loving, family oriented, and determined with a happy go lucky spirit. She will be missed by all those that knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Dell is survived by her loving husband Randy Gressett, Sr. of Chandler; children, Randy Gressett, Jr. and wife Cindy Joy of Huffman, Cindy Gressett of Chandler; siblings, Donald Henderson of Overton, Wayne Lawson and wife Tracy of Winona, Barbara Lee of Brownsboro, Raymond Thompson and wife Debra of Elkhart; grandchildren, Kenneth L. Belvin and fiancé Crissy Robles, Penny Seurattan and husband Matt, Randall Gressett III and wife Ashley, Tony Gressett and fiancé Courtney Harte, Cadence Gressett, and Kyle Gressett; great-grandchildren, Kenny Belvin, Jailynn Belvin, Dylan Hydrick, Kalob Pennachio, Jacob Robles, Bryson Belvin, Dominick Seurattan, Rylee Seurattan, Donovan Seurattan, Autumn Gressett, Rachael Gressett, Jack Gressett and Lowen Harte-Smith.
Serving as pallbearers will be Kenneth Belvin, Randall Gressett III, Kyle Gressett,
Michael Shane Gressett, Billy Joe Gressett and Taylor Rushing.
A visitation will be held Thursday, February 10, 2022 from 11-12:00 p.m. at Faith Baptist Church prior to the service.
