Obituary for Cathy Farmer
Ms. Farmer passed away on April 17, 2022, in Chandler.
Patricia Catherine (Wagnon) Farmer was born February 14, 1944, in Santo, the daughter of Lundy Wagnon and Chloenell (Waldrop) Wagnon. She graduated from Santo High School in the early 1960s and worked at Safeway in Tyler for many years. Cathy enjoyed old westerns, bird watching, and working in her yard. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend who will be missed by all those that knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, seven brothers and sisters, and grandson, Justin Gordon.
Survivors include children, Kenneth Gordon of Chandler, Hope Blalock and husband Glenn of Tyler; one sister; grandchildren, Anthony Gordon, April Gordon, Kris Gordon, Kevin Gordon, Wesley Blalock, and wife Erin, Brian Tompkins and wife Kristin, Hunter Blalock, Josh Blalock, and wife Hillary and numerous great-grandchildren.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Chandler Memorial Funeral Home family.
