Obituary for Judy Oleta Carrington (Crow)
Graveside services for Judy Carrington, 80, of Brownsboro, are scheduled for 2:30 p.m., Sunday, May 21, 2023, at Edom Cemetery with Bro. Tom Bragdon officiating. Interment will follow under the direction of Chandler Memorial Funeral Home.
Mrs. Carrington passed away on May 18, 2023, in Chandler.
Judy Oleta (Crow) Carrington was born on August 31, 1942, in Athens, Texas, the daughter of Gus Ross Crow and Lillice Bernice (Tidwell) Crow. She graduated from Brownsboro High School in 1960 and attended Henderson County Junior College. Judy enjoyed music, was a collector of Christmas decorations, and loved children. She was loving towards her family and will be missed by all those whose lives she touched.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Dennis Carrington; brother, Mickey Crow; and sister and brother-in-law, Janie and Dan Larry Parker.
Survivors include her son, Gary Carrington of Justin; her sisters, Bobbie Luker of Brownsboro and Bonnie Downs and husband Richard of Brownsboro; sister-in-law, Martha Crow of Brownsboro; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Chandler Memorial Funeral Home family.
