Memorial services for Johnnie Autry, 87, of Chandler, are scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Friday, August 6, 2021 at West Lake Baptist Church with Bro. Lee Evans officiating.
Mrs. Autry passed away July 29, 2021 in Tyler.
Johnnie Marie (Weatherly) Autry was born November 9, 1933 in Gainesville, Texas, the daughter of Arthur Teague Weatherly and Edith Belle (Durham) Thompson. She was a member of West Lake Baptist Church and retired from Sears in Dallas after over 40 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ancel Autry, Jr.; daughter, Carol Cobb and granddaughter, Arianna Galaz.
Survivors include children, Susan Matthews and husband James of Frankston, Les Cobb and Elaine Buck of Chandler; sister, Clara Summers of Waxahachie; grandchildren, Garry Shubert and wife Jami, Tiffany Galaz, Hayley Crnkovich and husband Alvin, Amber Mullenax; great grandchildren, Austin Shubert, Harlee Shubert, Riley Galaz, Danikah Aldrich, Serenity Mullenax, Sierra Mullenax, two great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Chandler Memorial Funeral Home family.
