Obituary for Earline Stansell

A Memorial Visitation for Earline Stansell, 87, of Chandler is scheduled for Thursday, April 29, 2021 from 4-7:00 p.m. at the Rock Hill Youth Building, 10768 CR 3405, Brownsboro, Texas 75756.

Ms. Stansell departed this life in the early hours of April 26, 2021 in Chandler, Texas.

Gloria Earline (Houston) Stansell was born December 14, 1933 in Wood County, Texas, the daughter of Earl Clifford Houston and Gladys Ozell (Crone) Houston. She was raised in Waco, Texas along with her three sisters- Joyce Janet (Houston) Daily, Wanda Faye (Houston) Hughes and Charlotte Annett (Houston) Anderson. She lived in Fort Worth for many years with her late husband, J.B. Stansell, and her late daughter, Pamela Susanne (Whit) Moore. After Pam’s passing, she helped raise her granddaughter, Cynthia L. (Moore) Kumar, who now resides in the UK with her husband Vik Kumar and their three sons. Always self-sufficient, she supported herself, her daughter and granddaughter with many years of hard work. She will be missed and forever loved in the hearts of those that knew her.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, J.B. Stansell; daughter, Pamela Susanne (Whit) Moore and sister, Wanda.

Earline is survived by sisters, Joyce and Charlotte as well as many affectionate nieces and nephews.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Chandler Memorial Funeral Home family.
