Obituary for Frances Rosella Cutright

Funeral services for Frances Cutright, 90, of Chandler, are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Friday, February 18, 2022, at Chandler Memorial Funeral Home with Pastor Ryan Matlock officiating. Interment will follow at Tyler Memorial Park under the direction of Chandler Memorial Funeral Home.

Mrs. Cutright passed away on February 11, 2022, in Chandler.

Frances Rosella (Reese) Cutright was born September 27, 1931, in Fairmont, West Virginia, the daughter of Claude Wesley Reese and Mary Alice (Bice) Reese. She spent the first nineteen years of her life living in West Virginia before moving close to the Fort Hood Army Base to live with her sister. It was there she met Donald Edward Cutright and the two married on October 4, 1958, and together had ten children. Frances expressed her love through cooking and baking and has even won recipe contests over the years. A ‘Nanny’ to all, she especially enjoyed baking cookies for family and friends. Her remarkable legacy as a wife, mother, Nanny, sister, and friend will live on in those she leaves behind.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Donald Edward Cutright; son, Paul Shearer; grandchildren, Brandon Mears, Joshua Andrews, Landon Keller; great-grandson, Andrew Scott Moreno; siblings, Eloise Hyde, Eleanor Carpenter, Barbara Cooper, Doris Hayes, Marabelle Villers, and William “Bud” Reese.

Survivors include children, Sammy Bilotta of Florida, Mark Shearer and wife Alvina of Oklahoma, John Cutright and wife Angie of Tatum, Tim Cutright and wife Elaine of Tatum, Greg Cutright of Chandler, Tamara Andrews and husband David of Chandler, Tawna Sherrod and husband Shannon of Chandler, Tricia Boyd and husband David of Chandler, Tracie Cutright of Chandler; siblings, David Reese and wife Eleanor of Alaska, Alice Reaves of Salado; 37 grandchildren, 87 great-grandchildren, and seven great-great-grandchildren.

Serving as pallbearers will be John Boyd, Daniel Cutright, Luke LaCroix, Tyler Satterfield, Chris Camus, Nicholas Earl, Justin Andrews, and Cole Cutright. Honorary pallbearers will be Anthony Moreno, Callie Earl, Chelsye Camus, Tara Andrews, Jessica Wilson, and Reese Cutright.

A visitation will be held, Friday, February 18, 2022, from 12-2:00 p.m. at Chandler Memorial Funeral Home prior to the service.
