Edward Dean Parker passed away in his sleep to be with his Heavenly Father on 1/3/2020, at the age of 92. He was born in Brownsboro on May 20, 1927 to Henry Rothchild Parker and Viva Ann Parker. He was preceded in death by one brother, Bill Parker, and three sisters, Dottie Lewis, Jackie Hall and Sue Volentine.

Mr. Dean Parker was the last living grandchild of Green Lafayette Parker b.1845. Green, Henry and Dean all lived and farmed on the same family farm in Brownsboro, TX.

After his retirement from the railroad, Dean moved to the farm full-time. Mr. Parker is survived by his wife, Patricia (Fielden Ellison) Parker. They lived on the farm where they had cows, gardens and animals. They were also involved in community dances, church and social events. Interment for Mr. Parker will be at Red Hill Cemetary near Murchison, TX. A memorial service will be held in the future.
