Obituary for Bettie Emiline Richau (Perdue)
Funeral services for Bettie E. Richau, 84, previously of Chandler, are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 4, 2021 at Chandler Memorial Funeral Home with Bro. Lee Evans officiating. Interment will follow at Concord Cemetery under the direction of Chandler Memorial Funeral Home.
Ms. Richau passed away August 1, 2021 in Spring.
Bettie Emiline (Perdue) Richau was born January 14, 1937 in Jacksonville, Texas, the daughter of William Earl Perdue and Willie Mae (Spraggins) Gardner. She lived in Chandler for more than 25 years and was a member of West Lake Baptist Church. Bettie enjoyed watching Hallmark movies and dog shows. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Carla Brooks and grandson, Mark Brooks.
Survivors include children, Clarence Trent and wife Maryann of Leesville, South Carolina, Vicki Terry and significant other, Ken Smith of Spring; grandchildren, Josh Trent, Rebecca Trent, Nathan Trent and wife Ashley, Mathew Trent and wife Rachel, Stefanie Mucha and husband Todd, Kenny Terry, Kenzlea Smith; great grandchildren, Baylor Trent, Carleigh Trent, Avery Trent, Finley Trent, Bryan Trent, Tyler Trent, Calib Trent, Kennedy Mucha, Blakely Mucha; great-great grandson, Wyatt Trent; her beloved dog, Little Man as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
A visitation will be held Wednesday, August 4, 2021 from 12-2:00 p.m. at Chandler Memorial Funeral Home prior to the service.
